This course can be combined with The ABC’s of Customer Service for a 2-day powerful program to improve customer service and increase sales and profits. 

There’s no point selling if you are not tracking and monitoring your sales. If you increase your sales performance you increase your paycheck!  


Understanding where you are and where you want to go is a key element in achieving sales targets. You will understand the key statistics you must track, the tools and analysis needed for tracking and how to change behaviour.
